2. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking, especially for group bookings or services requiring extended time.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment: No charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the service fee may apply.
• No-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours before appointment: Full service fee may apply.
• Group bookings (3+ people) require 48 hours cancellation notice.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may be shortened to avoid disrupting other clients. Full service fees will still apply.

3. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
• Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to keep our website and marketing materials up to date.

4. Service Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality services and products. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and make it right.

• Complimentary adjustments may be offered at our discretion.
• Refunds are generally not offered for services rendered, but we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
• Product refunds are subject to our return policy (unopened and within 14 days).

5. Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your service.
• We maintain strict hygiene standards and use professional-grade, sanitized equipment for every client.
• If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health or safety reasons.

• Treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy.
• Refrain from using offensive language or engaging in disruptive behavior.
• Respect our salon property and equipment.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards may be used for any service or product at our salon.
• Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from services, provided we were informed of any known allergies or conditions.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items in the salon.
• Your use of our services is at your own risk. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
